8/13/12 – CHRIS BEHIE WAS THE MOST COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL PRODUCT ADVISOR I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! FROM MY FIRST PHONE CALL WITH CHRIS TO THE DELIVERY OF MY NEW TUNDRA, EVERYTHING WAS TOP NOTCH. I HAD CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TO ARRANGE A TEST DRIVE ON THE TUNDRA. I SPOKE WITH CHRIS AND HE TOLD ME I COULD COME RIGHT AWAY. WHEN I SHOWED UP 20 MINUTES LATER, CHRIS HAD TWO TUNDRAS READY FOR ME TO LOOK AT. THEY WERE IN THE TWO COLOURS AND TRIM LEVELS THAT I WAS CONSIDERING AND THEY HAD BOTH JUST BEEN WASHED AND DRIED. I WAS IMMEDIATELY IMPRESSED. CHRIS ALLOWED MY WIFE AND I TO TAKE AN EXTENDED TEST DRIVE TO GET AN ACCURATE FEEL FOR THE VEHICLE. THE ONE THING I EXPECT WHEN I VISIT A CAR DEALERSHIP IS THAT THE PRODUCT ADVISOR KNOWS THE PRODUCT. FOR SOME REASON IT’S SOMEWHAT SURPRISING THESE DAYS TO FIND A PRODUCT ADVISOR WHO KNOWS THEIR STUFF. CHRIS’ COMPREHENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE TUNDRA EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I HAD DONE A LOT OF RESEARCH ON THE VEHICLE AND IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT CHRIS KNEW ALL OF THE FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE VEHICLE INSIDE AND OUT. IT WAS GREAT TO DEAL WITH SOMEONE WITH SUCH A WEALTH OF INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT. WHEN IT CAME TIME TO DISCUSS THE NUMBERS, CHRIS WAS VERY HONEST AND UP FRONT ABOUT THE LEVEL OF FLEXIBILITY HE HAD ON PRICE. WE WERE ABLE TO QUICKLY COME TO AN AGREEMENT ON PRICE THAT WAS ACCEPTABLE TO BOTH THE DEALERSHIP AND MYSELF. IT’S WORTH NOTING THAT THE SALES MANAGER, BRENT WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL DURING THE NEGOTIATION PROCESS. I HAD ORDERED A FEW UPGRADES ON THE TRUCK…. TINT ON THE FRONT WINDOWS AND TOW MIRRORS. CHRIS SENT ME A COUPLE OF EMAILS AFTER EACH OF THE UPGRADES HAD BEEN COMPLETED AND INCLUDED PICTURES SO I COULD SEE THE PROGRESS WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY DATE. VERY IMPRESSIVE. THE DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. THE TRUCK WAS READY ON THE DATE AND TIME WE HAD AGREED UPON AND CHRIS TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL OF THE VEHICLE FEATURES AND HE EVEN HELPED TO PAIR MY PHONE WITH THE BLUETOOTH AUDIO SYSTEM. HE ALSO DID A GREAT JOB GOING OVER ALL OF THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION. OVERALL, THIS WAS A FANTASTIC BUYING EXPERIENCE! IF I HAD TO RATE CHRIS BEHIE’S PROFESSIONALISM, FRIENDLINESS, AND EXPERTISE AS A PRODUCT ADVISOR ON A SCALE OF 1-10, I WOULD GIVE HIM A 20! I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND CHRIS BEHIE AND MILTON TOYOTA TO MY FRIENDS, FAMILY AND COLLEAGUES WHO MAY BE IN THE MARKET FOR A TOYOTA Dealer IN THE FUTURE. THANKS!

Aug. 13, 2012 – I WAS VERY PLEASE WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFERED TO ME WHEN I BROUGHT IN MY VEHICLE FOR A ROUTINE OIL CHANGE. I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG BEFORE THE WORK WAS DONE ON MY VEHICLE. AS I WAITED, THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WHO SOLD ME MY VEHCILE CAME OVER AND TALKED TO ME. HE MADE SURE I HAD SOMETHING TO DRINK AND ASKED ME HOW I LIKED MY NEW VEHICLE THAT I PURCHASED LAST YEAR. YOUR LOYALITY, HONESTY AND PROFESSIONALISM ARE WHAT MAKES ME WANT TO HAVE MY VEHICLE SERVICE BY YOUR EMPLOYEES. I USE TO OWN A **** VEHICLE, BUT HAD PROBLEMS AND WAS NOT OFFERED 100% SATISFACTION. AS A RESULT, I NO LONGER OWN A **** VEHICLE. WORD OF MOUTH GOES A VERY LONG WAY. THANKS AGAIN, FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

March 7, 2012 – Hey guys I thought you deserved a bit of feedback as I thought you did an outstanding job for me today. I dropped my keys off this morning at the GO bon no notice and you managed to get my oil change in, with a free wash, and shuttled me back on time. Absolutely impressive! Great job! That has something to be said about great business. So there are still businesses out there that care! I will definitely be back for your business. My wife will be looking for a car in the next year, she has an older matrix, I am trying to talk her into a Prius. I’ve been a Milton Toyota client for years, and have no plans to switch.

September 19th, 2011 – Brought the car in cause I thought that the brakes needs to be changed as it is making some noise. They checked it and found nothing was wrong and advised us that it is not necessary to change it at this point. Kudos for the advice and it saved us money not to do unnecessary repair. March 22, 2011 – Was into Milton Toyota today for my first visit with a recently purchased pre-owned vehicle. I was quite surprised at how pleasant everyone was and willing to help whenever I asked. Importantly, I was very impressed with Service Manager Manny who took care of my vehicle needs and was able to cover an item not covered by warranty. It’s being covered by Toyota’s ‘Goodwill Warranty’! He explained that they run the dealership the way they want to be treated. Obviously not all out of warranty work can be covered for free but today was very much appreciated and will go a long way! Two thumbs up!!!
