March 22, 2011 – Was into Milton Toyota today for my first visit with a recently purchased pre-owned vehicle. I was quite surprised at how pleasant everyone was and willing to help whenever I asked. Importantly, I was very impressed with Service Manager Manny who took care of my vehicle needs and was able to cover an item not covered by warranty. It’s being covered by Toyota’s ‘Goodwill Warranty’! He explained that they run the dealership the way they want to be treated. Obviously not all out of warranty work can be covered for free but today was very much appreciated and will go a long way! Two thumbs up!!!
