AS I WAITED, THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WHO SOLD ME MY VEHCILE CAME OVER AND TALKED TO ME. HE MADE SURE I HAD SOMETHING TO DRINK AND ASKED ME HOW I LIKED MY NEW VEHICLE THAT I PURCHASED LAST YEAR. YOUR LOYALITY, HONESTY AND PROFESSIONALISM ARE WHAT MAKES ME WANT TO HAVE MY VEHICLE SERVICE BY YOUR EMPLOYEES. I USE TO OWN A **** VEHICLE, BUT HAD PROBLEMS AND WAS NOT OFFERED 100% SATISFACTION.
