2018 Toyota RAV4: 4 Hybrid Models Available for 2018

Canadians love the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, and this built-in-Canada SUV is quickly becoming the most popular hybrid in Toyota’s fleet. For 2018 Toyota will offer Canadians four RAV4 Hybrid versions. All combine equal measures of sport and utility with styling and features to suit every taste and budget.

Under the hood, all RAV4 Hybrid models are built around the Toyota Hybrid Synergy Drive powertrain, featuring a 2.5L Atkinson cycle four-cylinder engine with variable valve timing, electronic throttle control, and cooled exhaust gas recirculation system. All Hybrid powertrains are mated to a continuously variable transmission with gate-type shifter and transmission cooler. All RAV4 Hybrids are also all-wheel-drive.

Every Toyota RAV4 also delivers impressive safety performance through a long list of active and passive safety systems – headlined by Toyota Safety Sense P.
